Sony has released a 2nd teaser trailer for David Fincher’s The Social Network and it’s original and awesome. Instead of using actual movie footage, they’ve taken dialogue from the movie and thrown it into an Twitter conversation between all the characters. Whatever you hear the character say is written next to their name. They’ve also added the characters names with pictures of the actors who are playing each character. So instead of seeing Jesse Eisenberg’s name, you see Mark Zuckerberg next to his picture.
While Hollywood usually finds a way to spoil every movie in the trailer, this is a perfect example of getting it right. Whoever came up with this campaign, you did a great job. Check it out after the jump. You won’t be sorry:
And if you missed the first teaser trailer you can watch it here.
