Due to how many movie clip articles and video interviews I still have to post from this year’s Sundance, this intro will be brief.

Another of the many movies that premiered at this year’s Sundance was “The Vicious Kind”. The movie was written and directed by Lee Toland Krieger and it stared Brittany Snow, Adam Scott, J.K. Simmons, and Alex Frost. And just like dozens of other films that played at this year’s festival, I never got a chance to see this. But...I did manage to get four clips from the movie and they’re below the synopsis so take a look:

Petulant by nature, Caleb Sinclaire (Adam Scott) reluctantly picks up his younger brother Peter (Alex Frost) at college and brings him and his new girlfriend Emma (Brittany Snow) home for Thanksgiving. Caleb will not be joining them to celebrate, however, since he has not spoken to their father Donald (JK Simmons) in eight years. Peter is concerned that Donald and Emma may not get along, but is it Caleb’s behavior that puts her on edge. Having recently broken up with his girlfriend, Caleb is worried that Emma will break Peter’s heart, and yet he finds himself drawn to her. As Caleb's obsession with Emma grows, he must decide whether to act on his feelings or protect his brother’s.
