If you're like me and have been looking forward to "Gamer", the next film from Neveldine/Taylor, I've got some cool stuff to share. That's because I was just provided with 5 clips from their new film! So if you need a taste of what's coming from the crazy minds behind "Crank" and "Crank: High Voltage", click the jump and take a look. Also, make sure you watch clip 4, as I'm pretty sure that Terry Crews really did the stunt. It's crazy.

The reason I can say Terry did the stunt is at this year's Comic-Con, Terry told me about a certain stunt that had him going into a wall and how even the stunt people told him he was crazy for doing it. At the end of clip 4, it looks like the stunt he was talking about.

Here's the synopsis:

GAMER is a high-concept action thriller set in the near future, a time when mind-control technology has taken society by storm. Humans control other humans in a mass-scale, multiplayer online game. Reclusive billionaire Ken Castle (Michael C. Hall) has created the controversial form of entertainment, "Slayers," a hugely popular game that allows millions to act out their innermost desires and fantasies - online - in front of a global audience. Gaming has evolved into a terrifying new dimension...mind control...manipulation...people playing people!

At the center is Kable (300's Gerard Butler), the superstar and cult hero of "Slayers," the savage, ultraviolent first person shooter game.  Kable is controlled by Simon, a young gamer with rock star status who continues to defy all odds by guiding Kable to victory each week.  Taken from his family, imprisoned and forced to fight against his will, the modern day gladiator must survive long enough to escape the game to free his family, regain his identity and to save mankind from Castle's ruthless technology.

And one last thing, I've started posting film clips in a new way. Since the site runs pre-roll (it pays for all the bandwidth we use), I've started posting all the clips in one video. What that means is, once you push play, you'll probably have to sit through one commercial and then all the clips will play in order. While some may have liked the old method, it's a lot easier to post them like this and if you were going to watch the film clips anyway, I figure it doesn't matter they're all in one video.
