
Monday evening’s TV ratings are in. Here’s a look at the original scripted programming for the night:
- The mother of all reveals occurred on last night’s season finale of CBS’ How I Met Your Mother, and the episode notched a 3.4 rating in the 18-49 demo and 8.37 million viewers. That’s up nearly a full ratings point from last week’s season low 2.6 rating.
- Elsewhere at CBS, 2 Broke Girls hit a 2.9 rating and 8.93 million viewers for a rise of two tenths from last week’s 2.7 rating, Mike & Molly scored a 2.4 rating and 8.32 million viewers for a rise of one tenth from last week’s 2.3 rating, and Hawaii Five-0 was down a tenth from last week with a 1.8 rating and 7.68 million viewers.
- NBC’s Revolution dropped a tenth from last week’s 2.0 rating to a 1.9 rating and garnered 5.72 million viewers.
- ABC’s Castle notched a 2.2 rating and 11.26 million viewers, which is up two tenths from last week’s 2.0 rating.
- Finally, the series finale of The CW’s 90210 was even with last week’s 0.3 rating and scored 620,000 viewers.

- As for the other CBS sitcoms, Rules of Engagement was even with last week’s 2.1 rating and hit 6.65 million viewers, 2 Broke Girls was flat with last week’s 2.6 rating and scored 7.88 million viewers, and Mike & Molly notched a 2.2 rating and 7.09 million viewers, down two tenths from last week’s 2.4 rating.
- The CBS drama series Hawaii Five-0 earned a 1.9 rating and 7.82 million viewers, rising two tenths from last week’s series low 1.7 rating.
- Finally, ABC’s Castle notched a 1.9 rating for a series low and 10.82 million viewers. That’s down a tenth from last week’s 2.0 rating, which was also a series low.

- The penultimate episode of season one of Fox’s The Following saw an uptick in viewership, hitting a 2.4 rating in the 18-49 demo and 6.97 million viewers. That’s a rise of three tenths from last week’s series low 2.1 rating.
- Also on Fox, Bones was even with last week’s 1.9 rating and garnered 6.87 million viewers.
- Over on ABC, Castle earned a 2.2 rating and 11.71 million viewers, making it the most watched scripted program of the night.
- NBC’s Revolution notched a 2.2 rating and 6.24 million viewers, which is even with its last original episode’s performance.
- The CBS comedy Rules of Engagement hit a series low 1.5 rating and 4.96 million viewers, which is down six tenths from last week’s 2.1 rating.
- Finally, over at The CW, 90210 scored a 0.3 rating and 590,000 viewers. That’s up a tenth from last week’s 0.2 rating.

- Former Lost co-showrunner Carlton Cuse’s new Psycho prequel series Bates Motel has a solid opening, scoring 3 million total viewers and 1.6 million in the 18-49 demo for its series premiere. - Though it’s already been picked up for a full season, NBC’s new series Revolution made a case for being a certified hit last night. The show was up 13% from last week’s 3.0 rating, scoring a 3.4 rating in the 18-49 demo and 8.8 million viewers making it the highest rated scripted program of Monday evening.
- ABC’s Nathan Fillion-fronted veteran series Castle hit a season high in total viewers, as the show garnered 10.9 million viewers and a 2.0 rating.
- Finally some good news came for the new series Partners, as this week’s episode scored a 2.1 rating and 6.2 million viewers. That’s up from last week’s 1.9 rating.
