Director Paul Solet (Grace) has been tapped to helm the thriller The Faces for FilmNation Entertainment (House at the End of the Street and The Raven). Written on spec by Eric Reese, The Faces centers on newlyweds who, one year after barely escaping a brutal kidnapping, learn of an underworld society that uses terror as a means of entertainment. FilmNation and Sonny Mallhi (The Strangers) will produce the pic alongside executive producer Chuck Simon.

Although I haven’t seen Solet’s Grace, you can count me amongst those interested in The Faces as the “underworld society” plot point reminds me of Eyes Wide Shut.
