Images of More Comic-Con Exclusives: AVATAR, SIMPSONS, PREDATORS and FUTURAMA Toys

Twentieth Century Fox Consumer Products has sent over some images and info on their Comic-Con exclusives.  While they might have previously released the images, this is my first time seeing them and I figure at least a few of you are like me.  So if you’d like to see the exclusive toys for Avatar, The Simpsons, Predators, and Futurama, hit the jump.  Finally, I’ll be at Comic-Con with a bunch of other Collider writers starting Wednesday afternoon.  Expect a ton of updates from San Diego soon.

BBC Will Bring BEING HUMAN and LOOK AROUND YOU to Comic-Con July 23-24

The full schedule for Comic-Con will be unveiled in early July, but BBC has announced that they’ll hold panels for the ghost/werewolf/vampire dramedy Being Human and the educational spoof Look Around You.

• The July 23rd Being Human panel includes a signing and fan Q&A with creator/writer Toby Whithouse alongside cast members Russell Tovey, Lenora Crichlow, Aidan Turner, and Sinead Keenan.  The series premieres July 24th on BBC America.
• Look Around You creators/stars Robert Popper and Peter Serafinowicz will likewise hold a signing/Q&A on July 23rd.
• Sadly, the Doctor Who production schedule will prevent the cast and crew from attending, but there will be plenty of Time Lord-related merchandise on sale.

The 4-Day + Preview Night Passes for the 2010 San Diego Comic-Con Are Already Sold Out

Only 287 more days until the 2010 San Diego Comic-Con!  Well, 288 if you don’t count Preview Night, but who does that?  Apparently, no one because with over three quarters of a year until the next Con, the 4-Day + Preview Night passes are gone.  Obviously this is partially due to demand but they’re also limiting the number of Preview Night attendees since this past year’s Preview Night was deemed a clusterfuck (although I personally didn’t think it was any more difficult to get around the exhibitors floor than it was on any other day of the Con).  4-Day Passes without Preview Night are still available and if you were on the fence about buying 4-Day passes, you may want to buy those now.  I can’t imagine them lasting long especially since the news of passes for the 2010 Con selling out only 73 days after the 2009 Con ended is sure to create a bit of a panic.  Click here to go buy yours now.
