From what I’ve been told, the season premiere of the final season of Lost is so loaded with spoilers, showrunners and executive producers Damon Lindelof and Carlton Cuse have asked ABC to not release any footage before it airs on February 2. That’s why every promo for the final season has been using footage from the previous seasons.
Until now.
ABC has just released a new promo for the final season and at the 15 second mark, we get our very first image of the final season and it’s Claire holding a gun. Also, the promo shows scenes we’ve already seen backwards. We see the plane and the fuselage coming together instead of breaking apart. Does that mean Juliet’s season ending moment worked…or is ABC just playing with us? I don’t know. The only thing I’m sure of is I will be in front of my TV on February 2. Lost is a great series but the only downside of this is that when you miss a single episode just like what happened to me and my wife who followed this series since it started, we just got lost on how the story unfolds. And sometimes with too many thriller it just pisses people off and not follow it anymore.
