Stratton

We just found out that Cavill is set to produce and star in Stratton a couple of days ago.  It’s based on the Duncan Falconer novels and will feature Cavill as the title character, John Stratton, an “SBS operative with a lethal reputation.”  Filming is set to being in the spring.

Last Knights

This one made an appearance at AFM back in 2012.  Now the film is listed as in post-production and is presumably returning in hopes of finding distribution.  It stars Owen and Freeman and is about “a band of warriors who seek to avenge the loss of their master at the hands of a corrupt emperor.”

Ratchet & Clank

This is a film adaptation of the sci-fi video game featuring a “Lombax” named Ratchet and the robot Clank.  Together, they protect the Solana Galaxy from evil forces. The film version is said to be an origin story that shows how Ratchet and Clank first met.

Dragon Blade

Back when Chan’s casting was announced via THR, the film was described as a historical action epic inspired by "a missing legion of Roman soldiers that traveled into China in 48 B.C."  Dragon Blade actually already has a release date in China - February 19, 2015, the Chinese Lunar New Year.

Posthumous

Posthumous is a dramedy featuring Huston as a struggling artist who hits it big when a rumor spreads that he’s killed himself.  Rather than set things straight, he rides it out by pretending to be his brother.  Marling plays a reporter who “begins to show him the real value of life and art.”

The Ghouls

This one’s an adaptation of the online series Ghost Blows Out the Light by Zhang Muye.  It follows a former soldier and his partner who try to reverse a curse by visiting mythical sites in China.
