Did you know that every year the U.S. Patents Office copyrights 57 sex acts?  It's not true!  But it's a fantastic premise for a comedy sketch and so Funny or Die has premiered episode one of "The Committee".  In this episode, Alison Brie (Community) plays a woman who's trying to convince a committee, played by Rich Sommer (Mad Men) and Kathryn Joosten (The West Wing), to give her a patent for a sex act she invented with her husband.  It's pretty damn funny and Joosten killed me.  The sketch also reminded me of a recent essay by Brie where she writes about being easy in college.  Seeing as I find Brie incredibly gorgeous, I think it's kind of a must read.

I also think this sketch is a must see and I'm very excited that they're planning more episodes.  Hit the jump to check it out.
