Despite the fact that the movie doesn’t open for over a month, Sony is nowhere near done with it’s The Amazing Spider-Man 2 marketing blitz.  Today’s batch of new images offer a behind-the-scenes look at the practical version of Green Goblin’s (Dane DeHaan) glider, another look at Paul Giamatti’s Rhino, and then a couple of other images that might cross the line into possible spoiler territory.  It’s been said to death, but given the amount of footage and such that we’ve seen from The Amazing Spider-Man 2, it feels like we have enough to plot out the entire story.  Despite feeling overwhelmed by it, the footage actually looks quite good, so hopefully director Marc Webb still has plenty of surprises waiting for moviegoers on opening weekend.

Here’s the official synopsis for The Amazing Spider-Man 2:

It’s great to be Spider-Man (Andrew Garfield). For Peter Parker, there’s no feeling quite like swinging between skyscrapers, embracing being the hero, and spending time with Gwen (Emma Stone). But being Spider-Man comes at a price: only Spider-Man can protect his fellow New Yorkers from the formidable villains that threaten the city. With the emergence of Electro (Jamie Foxx), Peter must confront a foe far more powerful than he. And as his old friend, Harry Osborn (Dane DeHaan), returns, Peter comes to realize that all of his enemies have one thing in common: Oscorp.
