  1. “we now know the character is a Ramones fan… we now know the character is an umbrella fan.”

This is what REAL forty year old virgins sound like…

My God, someone needs to get a girl NOW!!!

  2. Enough of the peter and gwen photos give us a few lizard photos were getting bored now and the buzz is dwindling !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  3. Dude…do you not recognize sarcasm? The writer was pointing out the obvious and being lighthearted because he’s noting that these pictures tell you absolutely nothing…It’s part of this new thing called being subtle…

    • But humor is different things to different people. Even sarcastic humor.

If you can recognize sarcasm or lighthearted, tongue-in-cheek humor, I figure you can also realize that what’s funny to one person isn’t necessarily funny to another.

    • The “teenager who is just trying to find himself– just like every other teenager” aspect is what intrigues me. Is he going to tell Pacey and Dawson the truth about his true identity as Spider-man?

  4. When I was young I played bass for Done On Bradstreet so I was too busy to bother with Spiderman comics, but now I think the movies are fantastic. I’m not sure about this new one, though – especially the new costume. It may be better in motion, but the pictures I’ve seen, so far don’t inspire confidence.

  5. Never really saw Peter Parker as a Ramones kind of guy. Wonder if they’ll have a scene like 500 days of summer where Gweyn Stacey says
“I love the Ramones” Parker- “What?” Stacey (sings)- “The Ramones, They’re forming in a straight line theyre going through a tight wind
The kids are losing their minds the blitzkrieg bop” Parker- “Holy sh%!”

  6. Enough with The Ramones. Big deal. You’re making it as big of a deal as Shia LaBeouf’s Strokes shirt in Transformers (which, if I could recall, no one cared if it was the Strokes!)!

  7. My biggest complaint of the previous Spider-Man series was that he just wasn’t “emo” enough for me. Looks like they’ve finally fixed that.

    Looks like crap.

  8. Andrew looks like he’s getting some private parts licked up in that first picture. I don’t think this movie is going anywhere. But watch the hype and fake a** rotten tomato reviews.
