Season three of The CW's Arrow is in the books but it's never too early to start showing off some aspects of season four. The cast and creative team took over Hall H as the lead of the "Warner Bros. A Night of DC Entertainment" panel. Oliver Queen's season four Green Arrow costume was revealed, along with new character additions to the show, and even a peek at the new animated web series Vixen. See it all below.

Stephen Amell arrived in full Arrow costume (a fantastic new version designed by Maya Mani for season four): “San Diego Comic-Con, you have not failed this city!”
  • Amell recapped where he’s been as Oliver Queen the last three seasons: vengeance and vigilantism, love and loss, surviving and becoming a superhero. He gave an impassioned speech for the audience to follow him just a little bit further, to follow … the Green Arrow.
  • Geoff Johns, Greg Berlanti, Paul Blackthorne, David Ramsey, Emily Bett Rickards, Amell, Katie Cassidy, Willa Holland, John Barrowman, and EPs Wendy Mericle, Marc Guggenheim, and Andrew Kreisberg took the stage.
  • Berlanti said that the plan was always for Oliver to become the Green Arrow, and the season four suit is a big part of that transformation.
  • Kreisbeg confirmed that Oliver is in a better, happier place at the end of the season, which carries over into season four. Expect the new season to be a bit lighter and for the characters to have more fun this time around.
  • Damien Darhk will be featured in season four, as confirmed by Johns. He also promised another big villain coming along with “a lot of characters … that people won’t really guess.”
  • Guggenheim added that Anarky will be joining Damien Darhk (to crowd approval), and we’ll see the secret origin of Mr. Terrific. He’ll work alongside Felicity and become a good friend of hers, and he happens to be gay.
  • You can now officially call Thea Queen “Speedy”.

Bett Rickards wore the actual A.T.O.M. suit that Brandon Routh wore on set, and the shot where Oliver turns around to look at her in appreciation … Amell was actually acting opposite a 6’4” stunt man.
  • Barrowman likes to be surprised at the twists and turns of the story just as much as the fans are. He’ll keep the robes, but will get back into the hood for episode three. (He made a copy of Ra’s al Ghul’s ring for himself to wear.)
  • Ramsey was sporting some facial hair, but says he’s not sure if it will go with his new helmet, at which point they reveal some concept art for Diggle’s new tactical costume. Ramsey joked,“He’s called Black Driver.”
  • Guggenheim revealed that Diggle will be getting a costume because it just makes sense to be suited up when he’s out there fighting crime. Blackthorne, however, will get a new suit and tie.
  • MTV crowned “Ollicity” Ship of the Year, for whatever that means to you. Amell: “It means a lot. Not quite an Emmy, but it means a lot.”
