Oliver surprises his team when he announces that he wants to run for mayor. Quentin Lance struggles with Sara’s unnatural return, and even Laurel has a hard time getting through to him. Team Arrow also faces off with a group of dirty cops - does SCPD have the worst police department or what?

Quentin’s loyalty comes into question when Oliver sees him talking with Damien Darhk in security footage, leading to a major confrontation between the two.

Finally, we see that Sara have broken out of her chains. Does this mean more trouble for Team Arrow?
