20th Century Fox has released a new trailer for the re-release of Avatar: Special Edition.  The description promises "more than eight minutes of never before seen footage."  Director James Cameron described some of the scenes he put back in, and indeed indicated that the total was closer to nine minutes. 

Avatar returns to theaters on August 27th; check out the trailer after the jump.
