Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment has released over seven minutes of Batman: Arkham Knight gameplay video. Once again, they're highlighting the Batmobile, and I’ll admit that driving it looks like it could be fun, but driving mechanics still elude some developers. Additionally, will driving be as enjoyable as flying? I’ve played Saints Row IV, and I was only in a car when the game required it. The rest of the time I was soaring though the air because it’s cooler and faster. Finally, how has developer Rocksteady worked it so that you can’t run people over with the Batmobile? Batman doesn’t kill, so does the game slam on the brakes automatically? Do criminals jump out of the way?

As for the rest of the footage, it certainly looks fun (I support any game where the “L1” button will “Even the Odds”), although the HUD is incredibly busy. This looks like the most colorful Batman: Arkham game to the point where it’s really embraced an arcade-style, especially where the fights are concerned. Still, I love looking at a combo I know I’ll never be able to pull off (I tend to max out around 15 before some goon punches me in the back of the head).

Check out the Batman: Arkham Knight gameplay video below. The game has been pushed back from June 2nd to June 23rd, but will still be released on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
