You've seen Tao Okamoto as the female lead in The Wolverine, a sharpshooter on NBC's Hannibal, and in the trailer for Zack Snyder's Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. Her role in that latter title has been suspected for some time. Now, DC Entertainment has officially confirmed Okamoto's role in the highly anticipated superhero movie. It's a character that fans have become familiar with thanks to Superman: The Animated Series, having only recently crossed over to the comics, and now, appearing in a feature film. We'll save the discussion for after the character reveal below.

So even though I'm sure you've gone through the Batman v Superman trailer a number of times, it might be worth going back through to see if there are any other hints lying in wait. In the meantime, here's a quick word on Okamoto's character, Mercy Graves. Having been introduced via the animated series in 1996, Okamoto will bring Graves to life for the first time on the big screen in Batman v Superman. Graves serves as Lex Luthor's personal chauffeur, though her street smarts and street-fighting abilities makes her well equipped to be the billionaire's personal bodyguard as well. For those of you who are unfamiliar with her work, here's a sample:
