VICE announced today the launch of a new program called VICE Shorts, and as part of the kick-off, they’ve released director Nash Edgerton’s (brother of Joel) deliciously twisted short film Bear online in full. The 10-minute feature is a love story, but not exactly in any way you’ve seen before. Written by Edgerton and David Michod, the film stars Edgerton and Teresa Palmer (Warm Bodies) as the central couple. It’s definitely worth a watch and should kick your weekend off in strange fashion. Hit the jump to watch Bear.

Sorry, but that was SOOOO predictable. I don’t think there’s a single person watching it that isn’t thinking “well, he’s about to get shot in 3…2….1…”
BLA BLA BLA I’m dead inside and can’t enjoy anything and have to crap on beautiful works of others.
Or, it is in fact crap after all, and you’re the one projecting.
Predictable or not it was well shot and funny.
I didn’t care about either character, even with 10 minutes you can carve out some chemistry. Oh well
Well done. Given 10 minutes, it’s hard to stablish everything you want. Critics will have their two cents and to them I say make your own 10 minute movie and see what the community has to say in return. Keep at it Nash!
I had no clue what to expect from this, so put me in the camp that wasn’t thinking, ” he’s going to get shot ” I just watched it because Teresa Palmer is in it, she’s so gorgeous! Anyways, well done short, I just kept thinking to myself, ” thats so messed up! “
Side boob…….good stuff.
Teresa Palmer, up and coming hot actress, agreed to star in a bizarre 10 minute short plus a side boob. This girl is too generous
Bear is actually a sequel to another short called Spider. Anyone who enjoyed this should check that out as well. For you people who are complaining that Bear was predictable, Spider is not as predictable.
sorry double post
