Studio Canal UK has released the first Before I Go to Sleep trailer.  Nicole Kidman stars as a woman who loses her memory every time she wakes up.  As she learns more clues about her condition, she begins to uncover a dark mystery about why she can't retain her memories.  Although it looks like the movie is aiming for a Memento vibe, it strikes me as a really disturbing sequel to 50 First Dates.
