Watch BREAKING BAD Comic-Con Trailer; Revisit All 5 Seasons in 2.5 Minutes Before Final Episodes

     July 21, 2013

AMC premiered what they are calling a “Countdown Mashup” (read: trailer) at the Breaking Bad Comic-Con panel earlier today, and now released the clip online.  I don’t believe there is any new footage, but the trailer grabs all the big moments from the last five years and condenses the series arc into just two and a half minutes.  It’s a great refresher if you are preparing for the return of Breaking Bad on August 11 and effectively whets the appetite for the final eight episodes.

I will miss Breaking Bad, but as the new slogan says, “All bad things must come to an end.”  Watch the trailer after the jump.

Fuck, I can’t see the video. I’ve only seen season 1 and as of yet I haven’t had any needs to proceed watching. I thought seeing a tiny bit of season 2 might get me interested… And I don’t want to watch a trailer of season 2 or anything just this.. -.-

Good list. I’d add ‘Person of Interest’ and ‘Justified’.

Person of Interest got my… Well… interest :P

      • Raptor Jesus

I’d add the bbc ‘Sherlock’ to the list.

Deadwood was awesome, but had no ending because it was cancelled. Misfits on Netflix is like Heroes but a little better. Freaks and Geeks is a must watch if you haven’t seen it!

The Fall on BBC, six episodes at the moment, given the go ahead for a second season, 2014.

You should binge-watch on Netflix (if you have it) NOW, and get caught up. Then, once you catch up with AMC’s Friday night “Midnight Badness” marathons, you can set your DVR and watch that way to get all caught up with the series to date. I think they just started season 3 this weekend.

Of course, if the show hasn’t hooked you yet then I don’t know what to tell. Other than “You’re missing out,” that is.

      • Nomis1700

Well, we don’t have Netflix in Europe yet (or at least not in The Netherlands) so that won’t work as with the fact that I don’t have AMC.

I’m still following Dexter, True Blood, Borgen and The Wire as of now and I have two episodes left for Rome. Maybe I’ll download an episode or two of BreakingBad season 2 and if it does hooks me, I’ll continue to watch it. Haven’t really gotten to that, other series got precedence of me since I was more interested in those ;)

You sure are interested in commenting on it, though.

Didn’t realize you weren’t in the States, or North America for that matter. My apologies.

I think The Wire’s better than it, but I’d put that off and watch BB, only because it’s going to start soon, and a few weeks isn’t that much time to watch 3 seasons (and a half, I guess) of television. That is, if you want to get caught up before the last (half-)season starts up.
