On the heels of the release of a new poster for the first part of the upcoming final season of AMC’s Breaking Bad that showed a badass Walt taking what looks to be a meth-built throne, the network is also now running a new teaser trailer that premiered during Mad Men Sunday night.

In the clip, Walt (who many agree finally and complete “broke bad” last season) meets with a nervous Saul who tells him they are finished (possibly also an out of context reference to the show’s final episodes). “We’re done when I say we’re done,” Walt replies with real menace. After the jump, watch the teaser clip and also find out which Walking Dead character will have a surprise return for Season 3 (to avoid any Walking Dead spoilers, don’t scroll past the embedded Breaking Bad clip).

In other AMC news, the network has confirmed the return of Merle Dixon (Michael Rooker), last seen abandoned on a rooftop in Season 1. While many fans have speculated about Merle’s fate, a new picture from the upcoming season’s production shows him alive and well (and looking decidedly not zombified), though also sporting a new arm accessory.

There are plenty more new photos from the upcoming season posted in the Season 3 Production Gallery including of new characters Michonne and the Governor, as well as Rick (of course). Speaking of Rick, Merle’s return as well as the advent of Michonne is sure to stir things up in the Ricktatorship
