You've seen the poster and the trailer, now how about some information on the true story behind Bridge of Spies straight from Steven Spielberg and Tom Hanks? Hanks leads the film as James Donovan, a skilled Brooklyn insurance claims lawyer who winds up being recruited to negotiate a prisoner exchange between the United States and the Soviet Union in the midst of the Cold War.

In addition to the new trailer and poster, Disney also shared some on-set interviews with Spielberg and Hanks breaking down James Donovan's situation and what he's capable of so I pulled some quotes and cut the material into a brief package. You can check out our Bridge of Spies featurette below. The film is due in theaters on October 16, 2015, and also stars Amy Ryan and Scott Shepherd.
