Thor: The Dark World hasn’t even hit theaters yet, but now it’s time to move on to the next Marvel movie!  The studio has released a new poster for Captain America: The Winter Soldier.  In the upcoming sequel, Captain America (Chris Evans) and Black Widow (Scarlett Johansson) team up to face off against Bucky Barnes (Sebastian Stan), who has been survived and become an assassin known as “The Winter Soldier”.  Like the teaser poster, this new one plays up the iconography of the shield, but it also adds a nice touch with Cap standing on the S.H.I.E.L.D. emblem.  For those who don’t know, the major thematic conflict will be Steve Rogers’ sense of right-and-wrong running up against the moral grey area inhabited by S.H.I.E.L.D.

Hit the jump to check out the poster, and come back on Thursday to check out the teaser trailer.  The film also stars Cobie Smulders, Georges St-Pierre, Frank Grillo, Hayley Atwell, Toby Jones, Emily VanCamp, Maximiliano Hernández, Robert Redford, and Samuel L. JacksonCaptain America: The Winter Soldier opens April 4, 2014.
