I hope in this film series, they will include: Rikki Barnes, Battlestar, Sharon Carter, Demolition Man, Diamondback, Falcon, Golden Girl, Nomad, Rick Jones.

I look forward to seeing the following villains in future sequels: Baron Zemo, Batroc the Leaper, Crossbones, Doctor Faustus, Grand Director, Hate-Monger, Protocide, Serpent Society, Serpent Squad, Sin, Viper

I think this film looks incredible. It looks to have the style of The awesome Rocketeer, mixed with a dash of Private Ryan.

I like the suit, tough one to get to look realistic and practical based on the original concept but they’ve nailed it! Also, Chris Evans looks completely different than his other incarnations on film. Almost unrecognisable as Evans. This looks like great summer popcorn fun.

I hope they don’t tone down the War action too much however. I’m not saying go Private Ryan/Shindler’s List with it, but it would be good to see bullets not just bounce off stuff. Much of it rests on how great a villain will be, and I hope Cap has to really struggle to stay in one piece.

Forgot to mention, his suit looks like it will tie in quite well within the Avengers and Iron-Man outfit. I just hope they sort out The HULK design. And I’m not sold on THOR yet neither, mainly his head which looks like a Space-Bee-Gee, or Ulysees-31. lol

That first photo does not look like Chris Evans in the costume. It looks like the guy who plays Bucky (or a stunt guy). If you notice the lips are very different than the other photos of Evans in this spread.

The more photos they release, the better this movie seems. I LOVE the realistic approach to the costume. I hope this will shut those irritable fan boys up for while.

Maybe I am being dense, how will the Avengers align the hero timelines? Captain American is from the 40s right? All others are present day. I didn’t read comics so much, he ages pretty well I am assuming for him to catch up to the other super heroes.

    Hope it’s awesome!

He falls into the North Atlantic during a rescue mission and is presumed dead. Years later he’s found frozen in suspended animation and is thawed out in present day. (which then was the 60s).
One of the emotional cruxes of his character is the “man out of time” theme that plagues his life.
