The cast of Nicolas Winding Refn's Drive just keeps getting better.  A couple weeks ago, we reported that Bryan Cranston was joining Ryan Gosling in the film.  Tonight, Risky Business reports that Oscar-nominee Carey Mulligan (An Education) is in talks to join.  Based on the James Sallis novel of the same name, Drive centers on "a nameless Hollywood stuntman (Gosling) who moonlights as a freelance getaway driver during robberies. When a bank heist goes wrong, he ends up on the run with a contract on his head and an ex-con’s girlfriend (Mulligan) in his car."  Unfortunately, there's still no word on Cranston's role.

Mulligan will be seen later this year in Oliver Stone's Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps and Mark Romanek's Never Let Me Go.  Mulligan is also attached to star in Violet & Daisy with Saoirse Ronan (The Lovely Bones), and Sam Mendes' On Chesil Beach.
