Ever since John Cho spotted Stiffler’s Mom in American Pie, the term “MILF” has been a part of popular culture.  Soon, one of the poster women for the term could star in a movie that’ll give it a whole new a new meaning.  Carla Gugino — star of Watchmen, Sin City and the upcoming Sucker Punch — is in talks to star in MILF, which in this case will stand for “Mothers I’d Like to Fight.”  Franck Khalfoun (P2) is set to direct with Piranha 3D director Alexandre Aja on board as producer.

According to the 24 Frames, Gugino would play a woman recently recent from prison, hellbent on revenge, who “returns to the street to take care of some unfinished business.”  Gugino will next be seen opposite Dwayne Johnson in Faster, which opens on November 24th; Zack Snyder’s Sucker Punch hits theaters on March 25, 2011.
