The cast of The Farrelly Brothers’ next comedy, Hall Pass, continues to grow as Christina Applegate, Alyssa Milano, Larry Campbell, and Vanessa Angel have all signed on to co-star.  They will join Owen Wilson, Jason Sudeikis, Jenna Fischer, Amanda Bynes, Stephen Merchant, J.B. Smoove, Nickey Whelan, and Derek Waters.  All this casting is surprising when you stop to consider that the Farrelly Brothers’ previous film, a remake of The Heartbreak Kid, was one of the worst things ever to happen to mankind.

Their new comedy, which they co-wrote with Pete Jones and Kevin Barnett, revolves around two husbands who are given permission to go outside their marriages for guilt-free romantic liaisons for one week.  If J.B. Smoove doesn’t tell one of the lead characters to “Get in dat ass,” this whole project will be a waste.

Every man I know, wants to see this flick and I dont think its because Brad Pitt is in it. I asked by BF why, and he said that from the clips he has seen, it just looks good. (thats a man for ya) When TC's movie came out, he laughed and said he wouldnt even watch it on DVD, it looked so poor. I will probably take him to see it next weekend. As far as the TC as Lestat, I personally have read all of the Vampire Series and thought that BP would have a made a truer to book Lestat. TC, to me just didnt fit the character that I envisioned in my head when I read the books. Just one girl's opionion.

The Heartbreak Kid wasn't that bad, at least compared to Ben Stillers recent atrocities (Tropic Thunder or Night at The Museum, either one).
