Per THR, Christopher Plummer is set to star in Atom Egoyan’s new film Remember.  Scripted by Benjamn August, the film is described as “a compelling thriller in which the darkest chapter of modern history collides with a contemporary mission of revenge.”  Martin Landau is also set to appear, as well as Dean Norris, Bruno Ganz, Heinz Lieven, and Gunter Lamprecht.  Production will get underway in Toronto on July 14th.

Additionally, The Wrap notes that Anna Kendrick, Orlando Bloom, Jenny Slate, and Mike Birbiglia will all appear in director Joe Swanberg’s next film Digging for Fire.  They join previously announced castmembers Jake Johnson, Rosemarie DeWitt, Sam Rockwell, and Brie Larson, though the pic has already wrapped production.  Swanberg wrote the script with New Girl star Johnson, though plot details are currently under wraps.

Finally, THR reports that Anton Yelchin and Megalyn Echikunwoke will lead the indie crime thriller Vincent & Roxxy.  The story revolves around a young woman on the run in Chicago who is saved by a young man who is also on the run.  In a nod to Bonnie and Clyde, the two fall in love and go on a crime spree.  Gary Michael Schultz wrote the script and is directing the film, with filming poised to begin in July in Austin.
