A major shake up has taken place over at Disney and Marvel studios. In the power structure over at Marvel, President Kevin Feige has reported to Marvel Entertainment CEO Ike Perlmutter for approval on projects. Word is that the relationship between Feige and Perlmutter has been a tense one as Perlmutter has turned down several Feige ideas and initiatives and almost shut down the storyline idea for Captain America: Civil War. However, according to a report from The Hollywood Reporter, Feige will no longer be reporting to Perlmutter, but will rather be reporting directly to Disney Studios Chief Alan Horn, apparently giving Feige more freedom in running Marvel Films.

While principal photography for the upcoming DC film Suicide Squad may have wrapped, pick up and re-shooting is still currently ongoing. The Canadian entertainment show ETalk released several images of the reshoots focusing on Batman pursuing The Joker and Harley Quinn on top of their car.

A few weeks ago we discussed General Zod actor Michael Shannon’s comments about his character having flippers instead of hands in the upcoming Batman V Superman film. However, the actor is now backpedaling from those comments. In a new interview with The Daily Beast Shannon said the following: “Somebody was asking me about this in New York and I made up some ridiculous B.S. answer about how my character Zod has flippers, and this went viral on the Internet or something and people have been asking me about that. That is so obviously a complete B.S. story, right? But people took it seriously.” Shannon then went on to say that he doesn’t actually have any costume in the film and only does voice over work for a ghost like character, much like Jor-El, played by Russell Crowe, was a ghost like character in the first film.

David Snyder writes: I love the show! With all of the careful preparations being done by WB to ensure a successful DC Cinematic Universe, do they potentially have a major "Flash" problem? I know they have said the TV universe and movie universe will not be connected and that poses a huge problem in my mind. Grant Gustin is so incredible as the Flash. How do you compete against that and will fans only be disappointed if Ezra Miler doesn't deliver nearly as captivating a performance of the character? Will it be distracting just wishing it was Grant the whole time?

Luka Petrovic writes: I have noticed you guys talk a lot about Star Wars, and I have been watching Star Wars Rebels and have been enjoying it very much. In the series there are a lot of force users for example Kanan, Ezra and recently Ahsoka showed up. So what I would like to know is do you guys think Yoda lied to Luke when he said he was the last of the Jedi in Star Wars Return of the Jedi. I would really appreciate it if you could answer my question. Thanks guys and keep up the good work.
