Earlier tonight, Adam Chitwood, Dave Trumbore, and I recorded the first episode of Collider’s new podcast, The Collision.  In our debut episode, we talked about the controversy over the live-action adaptation of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, the positive response to the latest Prometheus trailers, and reviewed The Hunger Games.  We had a lot of fun talking, and we hope you enjoy listening.  Please leave your suggestions in the comments section so we can know how to make the show better.

Why are you coming out of the Left speaker Matt and Adam and Dave are coming from the Right speaker? Please fix the mixing if possible, other then that not a bad first show.

    • Dave Trumbore

Clearly Matt is liberal while Adam and I are more conservative…wait, that can’t be right.

        Haha very nice Dave.

I love the podcast but I agree 100% about the sound. Please fix this for future episodes. I listen with headphones and it really sucks not hearing your voices in stereo. REALLY. It hurts my ears.

OH SH*T! Collider is in the house!! bout time you guys did a podcast. keep it up. dont do it for like a month then stop.

Why shouldn’t they make a TMNT based on earth based UOOUUZE?
Pushing alien this and alien that – is weak. Make a cohorent (can even be coherently absurd) story and only then push in alien backstory.
There are enough alien stuff on earth to deal with.

Will it be available on Stitcher in the future?

Awesome podcast guys. Keep it up.

Great podcast, save for the part where you say “if you’re a teenager, you probably don’t think of entertainment as a weapon of mass distraction”. I’m sixteen, I completely understand it. It seemed incredibly condescending.
