Interesting show to listen to, even though I don’t always agree with the expressed opinions!
I think 2012 has been stronger than talked about here, and yeah, I believe Amazing Spider-Man was probably the strongest big budget offering of the year for me. Avengers was brilliant, but something really clicked for me with Spider-Man.
Either way, keep up the great work!
Yep, I just checked…there is NOTHING that makes me want to put a bullet in my brain more than the phrase “Terrence Mallick-like”. The word pretentious was conceived solely for Terrence Mallick.
The Cabin in the Woods is the best movie of the year thus far (although I haven’t yet seen Beasts of the Southern Wild).
