ENDER’S GAME Comes to Comic-Con with Battle School Sets, Props and Costumes Used in the Film

Want to go to Battle School?  If you’re in the vicinity of San Diego Comic-Con and the convention center, you can do just that.  The Ender’s Game Fan Experience is a special event set up just for fans, who can interact with actual sets used in the filming of the upcoming movie.  In addition to the sets, there are multiple props and costumes on display, as well as a host of new footage from the film that plays on multiple screens throughout the exhibit.   We’ve got images from the event after the jump for those of you who would otherwise be missing out.

Starring Asa Butterfield, Hailee Steinfeld, Harrison Ford, Ben Kingsley, Nonso Anozie, Abigail Breslin and Viola Davis, Ender’s Game opens November 1st.  Be sure to check out the recently-released clips, posters and images from the Gavin Hood-directed adaptation, then hit the jump for more on the Ender’s Game Fan Experience.

ENDER’S GAME – FAN EXPERIENCE
Attendees will be able to visit an elaborate, specially constructed ENDER’S GAME exhibit outside of the Hilton Gaslamp, featuring 8 unique rooms representing the most iconic environments of Ender’s world, complete with original film props and set pieces used in the movie.  Throughout the experience, attendees will be able to see exclusive film footage on LED screens, interact with new digital content, integrate photos of themselves into the highly anticipated Battle Room, and register to win a home make over.

Official synopsis:
In the near future, a hostile alien race called the Formics have attacked Earth. If not for the legendary heroics of International Fleet Commander Mazer Rackham (Ben Kingsley), all would have been lost. In preparation for the next attack, the highly esteemed Colonel Hyrum Graff (Harrison Ford) and the International Military are training only the best young minds to find the future Mazer.

Ender Wiggin (Asa Butterfield), a shy but strategically brilliant boy, is recruited to join the elite.  Arriving at Battle School, Ender quickly and easily masters increasingly difficult challenges and simulations, distinguishing himself and winning respect amongst his peers. Ender is soon ordained by Graff as the military’s next great hope, resulting in his promotion to Command School.  Once there, he’s trained by Mazer Rackham himself to lead his fellow soldiers into an epic battle that will determine the future of Earth and save the human race.
