The second part of the Warner Bros' Comic-Con panel (following the Green Lantern presentation) was probably the most highly anticipated. The release of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, in two parts, brought out a huge number of fans and though it was a short presentation, the crowd reaction sounded like they loved it.

Tom Felton, who plays Draco Malfoy, was the only cast member in attendance and commented that he was wowed by his first trip to Comic-Con. He then decided to just jump right into a footage, which was a trailer platter: several minutes of mostly new footage rolled into back to back packages.  Hit the jump for a description of what was shown.

The footage was only shown once but it did give us our first look (and better looks) at several scenes that weren’t seen in that awesome new trailer released a while back.

We see Voldemort looking down at Dumbledore’s body, Potter at a grave on the beach as well as his parents one, a fight between Ron and Harry, several scenes of the wedding at the Weasley’s, the Gringots robbery, all the Potter clones (which was so bad ass), the huge gathering of Death Eaters from the beginning of the book, the fight with the snake, and much, much more.

The footage made the scope of the film look even more epic than the previous, amazing trailer. These movies are simply going to rock – for both fans of the book and of the movies.

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part I is slated for an IMAX 3D release on November 19, 2010; Part II hits theaters on July 15, 2011.
