Crazy 4 Cult Prints and Paintings Now on Sale Online

     July 12, 2010

This weekend was the Crazy 4 Cult art showing at Gallery 1988 in Los Angeles.  For those unfamiliar with the annual series, Crazy 4 Cult is a collection of paintings that depict various cult films.  It’s a wide definition of the term “cult films” and the work is more about an artist’s take on a movie or movies they love.

Their work is pretty spectacular and now you can buy limited edition prints of it.  Click here to go to the Gallery 1988 website and browse the prints that are currently on sale.  Some are already sold out and others are going very fast so if you want one, I wouldn’t make some haste.  The prints are reasonably priced, but if you want the original and you have the scratch to buy one, then click here.  Hit the jump to see some of my personal favorites.

Here are a few of the ones on sale that I particularly like:

(Tip: You can buy “Home of the Space Paranoids” on Andrew Wilson’s official website for $60, but he only has 5 available.  I know you can still get one because I was able to complete the PayPal purchase if I wanted to).
