Teaser Trailer for Season Eight of CURB YOUR ENTHUSIASM

     January 17, 2011

Unfortunately, Curb Your Enthusiasm is one of those shows that I have yet to dive into for one reason or another. I’ve heard nothing but good things about the series as well as Larry David himself. As a matter of fact, I also love seeing Jeff Garlin pop up in films and TV from time to time and he’s always on the show! Plus a series that once offered a makeshift Seinfeld reunion had to be great. But when you watch as many movies and series as I do, some of them have to fall to the wayside. One of these days I vow to catch up on this apparently great HBO comedy and find out what all the buzz is about. But for now, after the jump we have a teaser trailer offering a taste of the eighth season of Curb Your Enthusiasm for everyone who is foaming at the mouth for more.

Not to call you out, Ethan…
I don’t understand why Bloggers in general post updates about projects they have no knowledge of or interest in, and then comment on as such. Isn’t anyone on your staff at least somewhat informed on the show in question? If not, why bother?
    For the next news item…
“Listen up guys! Tom Cruise has an awesome new Sci-Fi project in the works! I don’t like Tom Cruise, and I have no interest in Sci-Fi, but you should really check it out! Honest!”
    See? It doesn’t work.

No, it’s more like “Tom Cruise has a new Sci-Fi project. I’m not a fan of either concept so I can’t judge it, but I understand a lot of people care about Tom Cruise, Sci-Fi, or both, so this is a piece of news that could be relevant to a pretty big audience. If you are indeed interested, check it out”
Which isn’t such a strange thing to post in a TV and film news site, where people come looking for the latest news about popular TV and film projects and people, like Tom Cruise. Or Larry David.

My favorite show on HBO, especially now that Flight of the Conchords is done. Eastbound and Down is a close second.
