Collider fans know that you can get your first look at The Dark Knight Rises when its prologue appears at some IMAX theaters in front of Mission: Impossible – Ghost Protocol on December 16th. Then, we reported that a new trailer for The Dark Knight Rises could screen before Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows which also opens on December 16th. Variety film reporter Jeff Sneider confirmed this rumor on Twitter and added an additional reason to check out Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows. It seems that a teaser trailer for Peter Jackson’s The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey will also screen before the sequel starring Robert Downey Jr. and Jude Law. Do yourself a favor and schedule a double feature on December 16th to get in on all the Dark Knight Rises action.
