A new trailer for this year’s Doctor Who Christmas special has been released online.  2012’s installment, titled Doctor Who: The Snowmen, introduces audiences to the Doctor’s new companion played by Jenna-Louise Coleman and features a whole slew of demented snowmen.  I know embarrassingly little about Doctor Who (it’s on my Netflix to-do list), so I’ll just direct you Who fans over to Allison's write-up of everything you need to know about the special. Hit the jump to check out the trailer.  Doctor Who: The Snowmen airs on BBC America on Tuesday, December 25 at 9pm ET/PT.[EMBED_YT]https://www.youtube.com/embed/mQb3IroOcLw[/EMBED_YT]Here’s the official synopsis for Doctor Who: The Snowmen via BBC America:
