DreamWorks Animation knocked it out of the park with the 2010 adaptation How to Train Your Dragon and its 2014 sequel; a third and final feature installment is due out in 2018. However, the animated TV series that fills in the gaps between the animated movies is every bit as entertaining and well-produced as their big-screen brethren. DreamWorks Dragons has been delighting fans of Hiccup and the gang since 2012 with the series' subtitled seasons "Riders of Berk," "Defenders of Berk," and "Race to the Edge."

Dragons: Race to the Edge has already debuted two of its four planned installments on Netflix, with its third 13-episode act set to take wing Friday, June 24th on the streaming giant. Fans will have the entire third part at their disposal, so they can catch up with Hiccup, Astrid, and the team as they attempt to deal with the villainous Viggo and the Dragon Hunters. Along the way, they'll also get to meet new dragons; it's with great pride that we're able to exclusively bring some concept art for one of these new critters to you!
