"Battlestar Galactica" is finished.  Despite its rough fourth season, I thought the show ended beautifully.  But what if you want to watch the whole thing again?  It's definitely a layered program worth revisiting and it's always intriguing to go back and see how far ahead the creators planned the show.

That's why, despite its hefty price tag, "Battlestar Galactica: The Complete Series" is worth a purchase.  The show will be available on Blu-Ray and DVD on July 28th.  The Blu-Ray will set you back $349.98 while the DVD set runs $279.98.  Yeah, it's expensive but you're getting 20 discs on the Blu-Ray and 25 discs on the regular DVDs.  It's not like there's loads of great TV to watch over the summer anyway so why not fill up your days with this?

But for those poor sods who have already started purchasing the show on DVD, fear not.  The Blu-Ray and DVD of Season 4.5 is slated to hit the same day for $69.98 and $49.98, respectively.
