I’ve been a fan of the website Found Item Clothing for awhile now. If you don’t know what they do, they make repro t-shirts from various movies. In the past they’ve made shirts from The Big Lebowski, Spinal Tap, Caddyshack, Tron - tons of films. But in the past few days they’ve stepped it up a notch with a slice of fried gold. Yes, they've made some Shaun of the Dead t-shirts.
While I would’ve written about it either way, I’ll admit they helped their cause by sending me a few for free. But don’t think they’re all for me as they sent a few extra so I could give them away. So if you wear a size XL and you love the movie Shaun of the Dead this is definitely your contest.
As you can see from the pictures below they’ve made two shirts. One is the famous "I Got Wood" shirt that Ed wears during most of the film. The other shirt is only known to the diehards – the ones who have seen the film many times – the ZOMBAID t-shirt. This is the shirt that Chris Martin from Coldplay wears towards the end of the film when he is trying to promote Zombie awareness.
To enter the contest this is what you need to do. Email me at frosty@collider.com
In the header say Shaun of the Dead t-shirt contest and in the body of the email please say which shirt you want and provide your address. I’ll ship anywhere on Planet Earth so it’s open to everyone. The only rule is you can only enter once. So pick which shirt you’d rather have and go for that one. The contest will be open until Saturday April 21st at noon Pacific Time. Winners will be notified that day and the t-shirts will go out almost immediately as I already have them (see picture).
If you want to help your chances of winning you can write why Shaun of the Dead is such a great film or why it’s your favorite. And please follow the simple instructions above...if you don't I'm just going to delete your entry.
And for those who can’t be bothered to enter a contest you can go here and buy them right now. I’ve been wearing both and I’ll say they're well made and are equally worth owning. Good luck and here are some pictures of the shirts.

each winner will get a still sealed XL t-shirt
