Andy Bernard’s schedule book is pretty packed this summer. Ed Helms, one of the lead actors on The Office, will film two movies before returning to his desk at Dunder Mifflin this fall; he’ll join Paul Rudd and Amy Poehler in They Came Together before filming a cameo in We’re The Millers.  Both of these will finish before filming for The Office begins on July 30. Hit the jump for more on these two films.Deadline reports that ed-helms-the-hangover-3Helms will play Eggbert, the accountant and love interest of Poehler’s in the dark romantic comedy, They Came Together. Poehler’s character is a small business owner battling a major corporation that plans to overtake it. The film is written by David Wain (who’s also directing) and Michael Showalter (who’s also producing) for Lionsgate.  They Came Together will be a reunion of sorts for Wain, Rudd and Poehler, from Wain's 2001 picture, Wet Hot American Summer. In We’re The Millers, Helms will play a cameo as a boss with more-than-harmful secrets from everyone, including stars Jennifer Aniston and Jason Sudeikis. The film is directed by Rawson Thurber, and produced by Tucker Tooley, Vincent Newman, Happy Walters, and David Heyman. There was recent talk of a series reboot of NBC's The Office, but Helms' movie career really seems to be taking off.  As if these two projects weren’t enough to keep him rolling in frequent flyer miles, he also begins shooting The Hangover 3 on September 16 in Tijuana, along with Bradley Cooper, Zach Galifianakis, Justin Bartha and director Todd Phillips.
