Mila Kunis and Chris 'Ludacris' Bridges Exclusive Video Interview – MAX PAYNE
10/14/2008

Opening on this weekend is “Max Payne,” and it’s the movie adaptation of the popular video game. Starring as Max Payne is Mark Wahlberg, and he’s joined by Mila Kunis as Mona Sax, a beautiful Russian mobster and assassin; Olga Kurylenko (who stars in the upcoming James Bond film “Quantum of Solace”) as Natasha, Mona's thrill-seeking younger sister; Chris "Ludacris" Bridges as Internal Affairs Detective Jim Bravura; and Beau Bridges as Max's mentor, B.B.

Here’s the synopsis:

Max Payne is a maverick cop - a mythic anti-hero - determined to track down those responsible for the brutal murders of his family and partner. Hell-bent on revenge, his obsessive investigation takes him on a nightmare journey into a dark underworld. As the mystery deepens, Max is forced to battle enemies beyond the natural world and face an unthinkable betrayal.

Anyway, I recently got to interview most of the cast, and the interview below is with Mila Kunis and Chris 'Ludacris' Bridges.

When the interview started, they asked me what Mark Wahlberg and I talked about…hence why we start talking about Dunkin Donuts. But as we moved into “Max Payne” talk, we covered all the usual stuff and Chris told a very funny story about Comic-Con.

But the highlight was hearing Mila Kunis talk about her work in Mike Judges upcoming movie “Extract.” She seemed really excited about the film and gives a pretty good summary of what it's about.

So enough words from me…watch the interview! And if you want to watch 7 movie clips from “Max Payne,” click here.

Mila Kunis and Chris 'Ludacris' Bridges

  • We started the interview by me telling them what I talked about with Mark Wahlberg…hence the Dunkin Donuts talk
  • I ask what was it like making this film…I ask for some behind the scenes dirt
  • What was it like filming on all night shoots – does it make you crazy
  • What was going to Comic-Con like for them
  • As actors, do they always create back stories for their characters
  • I ask what they’re working on – Chris talks about Rocknrolla and his new album. Mila talks about her work in Mike Judge’s new film Extract and thinks it’s going to be great. She also gives a pretty detailed summary of what happens in the movie
