Years ago I was a superfan of “Star Wars.” Had the toys. Bought the merchandize. If it had the words “Star Wars” on the label, I’d stop and look at it.

But due to George Lucas and his genius ways of destroying a franchise, this new movie is hitting theaters and I’ve still not decided if I’ll go and see it.

The one thing I’ll give the movie is that it looks very pretty. All the animation seems like they’ve taken a lot of time to get it right, and I’ve heard the budget on the upcoming animated series was quite high…hence, why this movie looks so good.

Unfortunately, I’ve spoken to a few people that have seen the “Clone Wars” movie and that’s exactly what they said the film is….killer animation with a story you don't care about...

Maybe one day George will figure out that story is more important than technology. I wish that day was today.
