With Lost set to return for its final season on February 2, ABC has once again released a 8:15 recap of the first five seasons. If you have never seen an episode of Lost and want to be able to try and watch the final season with some clue to what’s going on, it’s a great recap. And even if you’ve been watching from the very beginning and have seen every episode, it’s a great way to remind yourself about the show. Also, I believe the creators of the show are the ones who pick what this recap focuses on….check it out after the jump.

Greatest show ever.
I think this will probably be more enjoyable and helpful for people who have seen the series. Reminds us of things we may have forgotten. Seems like not enough for a new viewer. Pretty entertaining though, for sure.
