Fortunately or unfortunately, it probably won’t happen. Luke Cage is a main character in the Jessica Jones series currently being developed for ABC. Crews is the lead of TBS’ Are We There Yet?, which is in the midst of a 90 episode order. So far they’ve only aired 34 of them, so he should be wrapped up with that show for at least 3 more years. Which means he wouldn’t be able to portray the character if they wanted him too. I’m sure they don’t, though.
