Yesterday, Colin Farrell joined the cast of Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, and now two more actors have signed on. According to The Wrap, Brooklyn actress Jenn Murray has come on board for an unnamed key role. Murray will share scenes with Ezra Miller’s character, Kredan, who’s supposed to be a rival to protagonist and magiczoologize Newt Scamander (Eddie Redmayne) in the Harry Potter spinoff.  The plot follows Scamander cataloging magical creatures for what will eventually become a Hogwarts textbook.

Murray is having a strong year coming off a supporting role in the critically acclaimed Brooklyn, and she recently wrapped filming on Whit Stillman’s latest film, Love and Friendship, which stars Chloe Sevigny and Stephen Fry. She was recently seen in the period drama Testament of Youth.

Additionally, 10-year-old Faith Wood-Blagrove has won a global casting call to play a character named Modesty.

The cast seems to be filling out nicely for the film, which takes place in New York seventy years before the events of Harry Potter. As we previously reported, Farrell will play Graves, a fellow wizard Newt meets in New York. Additionally, Dan Fogler is playing a muggle, Katherine Waterston plays an American witch named Tina, Alison Sudol is her younger sister Queenie, and it’s possible that Josh Gad or Michael Cera could play another Scamander’s rival, Jacob.

David Yates will direct from a script by J.K. Rowling. Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them opens in 3D and IMAX on November 18, 2016.
