A Dwayne Johnson appearance in Fast Five — the sequel to 2009′s Fast & Furious and fifth entry in the gearhead franchise — has been in the rumor mill for a few months now. But a tweet from Tyrese Gibson brings it one step closer to fact:
“Major shouts to Vin Diesel, Paul Walker, & Dewayne [sic] “Rock” Johnson!! “Fast & Furious Five” Let’s get em again!!”
Our sources can confirm the casting, so expect an official announcement soon. Johnson and Gibson will join franchise leads Paul Walker and Vin Diesel for the sequel, which will shoot this summer in Brazil, Rio, and Puerto Rico among other locations; Johnson’s character is rumored to be “on the right side of the law.” After a string of family films, the former wrestler appears to be getting back in action mode, starting with this November’s Faster (read Steve’s set report here). I know that Drift is chronologically the final installment, 2 takes place after 1 and 4 is just before 3. I wonder how they'll squeeze this one in?
While reading this I think “it” moved a little bit. I'm gonna see this movie at the drive-in theater with my tricked out bullet alongside my inflatable blow-up doll. Right when The Diesel pops his tire I'm gonna pop my load into Ms. Rubber and make her burn.

now that i know dwayne johnson is in this movie im not going to bother watching it because its just going to be another gay movie like xxx or somethin.. they will never make a movie as good as the first fast and the furious.
