FASTER Teaser Trailer Starring Dwayne Johnson, Billy Bob Thornton, Moon Bloodgood and Carla Gugino

The first teaser trailer for Dwayne Johnson’s Faster has been released and if you’re not familiar with the movie…it’s Johnson’s return to kicking ass.  If you’re like me and think Johnson has been wasting a lot of time in the family friendly arena, you’ll be happy to know in Faster he’s all business as he’s trying to avenge the murder of his brother.  While the teaser doesn’t show too much footage, it’s a good taste of what’s to come.  Hit the jump to check it out.  For a lot more on the movie, you can read my set visit here.

Faster is directed by George Tillman, Jr. and it also stars Billy Bob Thornton, Maggie Grace, Moon Bloodgood and Carla Gugino.  The film gets released November 24, 2010.  Here’s the official synopsis:

After 10 years in prison, Driver (Dwayne Johnson) has a singular focus – to avenge the murder of his brother during the botched robbery that led to his imprisonment. Now a free man with a deadly to-do list in hand, he’s finally on his mission…but with two men on his trail – veteran cop (Billy Bob Thornton) just days from retirement, and a young egocentric hitman (Oliver Jackson-Cohen) with a flair for the art of killing and a newfound worthy opponent. The hunter is also the hunted. It’s a do or die race to the list’s finish as the mystery surrounding his brother’s murder deepens, and new details emerge along the way hinting that Driver’s list may be incomplete.
