We’ve seen unofficial set photos but today the first official image from Joe Carnahan’s upcoming adaptation of the popular TV series, “The A-Team”, has landed online. There’s not much to say other than they are indeed a team of men, they resemble the characters from the TV show, and before every mission they apparently oil themselves up to become as shiny as possible.

For those just tuning in, here’s a brief synopsis:
Based off the popular 1983 action series, Joe Carnahan’s modern day remake follows a group of ex-military commandos who escape from a military prison and roam America, handling covert operations for money. The film stars Bradley Cooper as Lt. Templeton “Faceman” Peck; Liam Neeson as Col. John ‘Hannibal’ Smith; Sharlto Copley as Capt. ‘Howling Mad’ Murdock; and Rampage Jackson as Sgt. Bosco ‘B.A.’ Baracus.

What a terrible promo pic. That’s either a failed photoshop attempt, or they simply took a snapshot of them, posing in front of a fancy poster.
Cooper and Neeson are alright, but Rampage looks like he’s about to bust out some breakdance moves for his “So You Think You Can Dance” audition tape.
Copley has a bit of a trailer park/Kid Rock fan thing going, but it still works for Murdock.
