First Set Photos from Darren Aronofsky’s BLACK SWAN Starring Natalie Portman

     December 7, 2009

The first set photos of Natalie Portman in Darren Aronofsky’s Black Swan have come online and while they’re not much they do let us know that filming has begun on the ballerina-mindfuck-thriller.  Yes, I said “ballerina-mindfuck-thriller”.  For those who don’t know, the story revolves around two rival ballet dancers (Portman and Mila Kunis) except Portman’s character can’t tell if her rival (Kunis) is real or a delusion.  Last week, Kunis rolled her eyes at the whole excitement over an “angry, aggressive” sex scene between her character and Portman’s character saying to BlackBookMag [via BloodyDisgusting]

“Sure,” she says, with a roll of her eyes. “It’s two girls making out, and guys have a thing for that. And Nat is like every guy’s dream. She’s a nerd’s idea of heaven. The whole thing is silly, but I can see why people care.”

Nat may be every guy’s dream but Kunis shouldn’t sell herself short because she’s in there too…having angry, aggressive sex.  And Aronofsky is the porno-stached fairy godmother who makes dreams come true as Black Swan is set to come out sometime in 2010 and co-stars Vincent Cassel, Winona Ryder, and Barbara Hershey.  Hit the jump for a couple more images of Portman looking fashionable (or at least I presume it is; I like the ensemble) and remember that Aronofsky making a new film is just as exciting as the angriest, most aggressive sex between two of Hollywood’s hottest actresses.
