The first trailer has been released for director Stephen Milburn Anderson’s (South Central) CA$H. Starring Chris Hemsworth (Thor, Red Dawn) and Sean Bean (Lord of the Rings), the film was in limbo until Roadside Attractions agreed to distribute and Lionsgate has the DVD rights. I’m pretty sure Hemsworth landing some big projects after filming this helped get CA$H released. Here’s the synopsis:
CA$H is a quirky psychological thriller that explores the role money plays in a bad economy. When a struggling young couple, Sam (Chris Hemsworth) and Leslie Phelan (Victoria Profeta) find a suitcase full of cash, they think their luck will take a turn for the better-until the strange and sinister criminal Pyke Kubic (Sean Bean) arrives at their doorstep, looking to collect what he believes is rightfully his. What follows is an action-packed adventure through the streets of Chicago as the three are pulled deeper and deeper into a desperate spiral of deception and violence… All in the name of cash.
While the trailer didn’t wow me, I’m a fan of both leads and hope it’s good. Hit the jump to check it out:

Look at the date. That one is just as bad. A full blu ray rip of the film has already leaked online. That is probably and indication.
This sounds an awful lot like Millions…
I'm excited about this movie! Chris Hemsworth is so hot and being able to see him for a full movie will be quite the treat!
Sean Bean does “evil” so well. I'm glad he's finally going to be able to showcase his talent as an amazing actor (for the full length of the movie) in this film!
No one does a villain like Sean Bean that's for sure!
